Here is a summary of what each care plan offers:
Service Care Plan
Annual Boiler Service
This plan ensures that you never forget your annual boiler service.
Annual boiler service included (required for manufacturers warranty if applicable)
Gas Service Care Plan
£5.50 monthly or £66.00 per annum
Oil Service Care Plan
£7.50 monthly or £90.00 per annum
Heating Care Plan
Annual Boiler Service & Central Heating Repairs
This plan is perfect if you have a new boiler (under warranty) and an old, but working, central heating system with old controls. An annual boiler service is included.

£10.00 monthly or £120.00 per annum

£12.50 monthly or £150.00 per annum

Boiler Care Plan is perfect if you have an old boiler (out of warranty) and you don’t require cover for the central heating system. An annual boiler service is included.

Total Care Plan

Total Care is our ultimate package, perfect if you have an older boiler (out of warranty) and an old but working central heating system and controls. An annual boiler service is included.

Gas Total Care Plan
£24.00 monthly or £288.00 per annum
Oil Total Care Plan
£30.00 monthly or £360.00 per annum
Items covered
1. Boiler breakdowns, all components within the boiler
2. Radiators, manual radiator valves and thermostatically controlled valves
3. Automatic air valves, pressure relief valves and expansion vessel when fitted with the boiler
4. Pumps and pump valves (external and internal)
5. Controls including heating and water thermostats, programmer and motorised valves
6. Hot water cylinders and their component parts (excludes pressurised hot water cylinders)
7. Heating pipework (accessible)
8. Feed and expansion tank
What is included in our Care Plans?
- Domestic gas and Oil boilers New for old parts
- Newer boilers that we have fitted that have a set warranty from the manufacturer and then we cover the rest of the system
- Discounted rates on labour
- Preferential attention on jobs that aren’t covered
- Guaranteed next day attendance for Care Plan customers
- No limits to the number of call outs
- Free parts and labour on all boilers/systems/controls that are covered (up to £300.00) depending on the level of cover taken
What is excluded from our Care Plans?
- Commercial properties and removal of asbestos
- Customer inflicted accidental damage e.g. nailed pipes
- Customer requested modifications to previous installations
- Work required due to decorating or DIY
- Powerflushing
- Damage caused by improper use
- Scale or hard water damage
- Burst pipes due to freezing with inadequate lagging that we haven’t installed
- Remedial work to correct pre-existing system/design faults
- Regulation changes forcing remedial work e.g. hatches for flues in voids
- Damage to property resulting from a leak caused by failure of parts or components (only the parts that are damaged/failed are covered)
- Electrical faults
